Former Dutch star Ronald de Boer believes Memphis Depay will prove a great signing for Manchester United.
United swooped for the PSV Eindhoven star last week.
“He is one of the biggest talents in Europe, but that does not mean he, as some claim, he’s going to be the new Cristiano Ronaldo,” said De Boer.
“Eden Hazard could be a role model for him, because that kid is good at what he does. Lionel Messi too, but the difference is that they are both humble and Depay sometimes has a bit of an arrogant attitude. He must ensure that he stays on the ground with both feet. That’s the only thing I’d bother to say to Depay.”
